What equipment do I need?

Designed for at home or the gym, only minimal equipment is required for challenges. You'll want access to:

  • Dumbbells

  • Booty Bands

  • Long Resistance Band

  • Yoga Mat

  • Sliders

  • Bench / Box / Low Table (to stand on)

Are challenges good for beginners?

Challenges are open to people of all levels, experiences and capabilities! Our trainers offer modifications for advanced movements, and are always here to encourage and push you forward with each workout. You can jump in our exclusive, community forum to ask questions, request modifications and brag about your workout wins!

What if I missed the live sessions?

No need to panic! All videos will be saved on our Facebook group and emailed out to you as part of the program.

How long are the workouts?

Sessions will range from 20-40 minutes long. The majority of workouts are follow along, from start to finish. We also have 5-10 minute warm up and cool down videos which are suggested to do at the beginning and end of your workouts.

Do I need to be a member to join?

No! Anyone can purchase and join our challenges, at anytime. If you are subscribed to our monthly or annual membership, you're entitled to 20% off the regular price of any challenge!
