Caryn is a certified yoga instructor who's approach will help you feel stronger and believe in mind and body healing through breath work and asana. Flow with her through spiritual and fun sessions offering a balanced and nurturing environment for all fitness levels.

INGRID ROMERO

Ingrid is an award winning fitness competitor and coach. This super-mom brings an infectious energy to her HIIT and strength workouts that will get you lean and powerful. Her no-repeat style of training is a lot like her personality, so be prepared to take your effort level to 100 as you burn fat and build muscle!

SYLVIE DULGER

Sylvie is a certified personal trainer, natural bodybuilder and competitive boxer with over 10 years of experience as an athlete and coach.
